Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days after payment is received and confirmed.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
During periods of high order volume, product launches, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly extended. If there is a significant delay in processing your order, we will contact you via email.

Javali Design is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number, if tracking is available for your selected shipping method.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept the shipment, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the order.
Javali Design is not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.
Javali Design is not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or marked as delivered by the shipping provider.
If you experience an issue with your shipment, please contact the carrier directly first. If you need assistance, you are welcome to contact us and we will do our best to help.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [your email address] with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the packaging
- Clear photos of the damaged item(s)
We will review the issue and work with you to find an appropriate solution.
Delivery Delays
While we aim to meet all estimated delivery timelines, delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including:

- Customs processing
- Severe weather
- Public holidays
- High seasonal demand

Pre Orders or Made to Order Items
If your order includes a pre order, custom, or made to order item, the estimated production and shipping timeline will be stated on the product page.
Orders containing made to order or pre order items may ship only once all items are ready, unless otherwise stated.
